HOW DO I SEND IN MY PHOTO?
You will need to upload your photo to the product page by clicking on "choose file" under the product options. Your camera roll or even social media screenshot will work just fine!
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
Our team of talented artists will have your masterpiece complete within 72 hours. You’ll receive a high-quality JPEG file of your custom portrait via email.
CAN YOU MERGE TWO DIFFERENT PHOTOS INTO ONE ILLUSTRATION?
We can often merge two separate photos to create one illustration, however the photos must be taken from the same or similar angle.
CAN I CHOOSE A SPECIFIC COLOURED BACKGROUND?
Of course! We provide a range of background options, however if your desired colour isn’t listed please use the note section at checkout to let us know what you had in mind and we'll customise your background.

CAN I HAVE MORE THAN ONE PET IN A PORTRAIT?
Absolutely. You can add as many pets as you like. Additional pets costs are outlined on each product page.
CAN I RECEIVE MY PORTRAIT WITHOUT A NAME?
Yes! We appreciate modern, simple design just as much as you do. If you prefer to have the portrait designed without your pet's name, please write "NO NAME" in the name box.
WHAT MAKES A GOOD PHOTO?
A photo directly from your smartphone, no filters or cropping, shot in good lighting conditions will turn out great!
Avoid
- Blurry photos
- Bad lighting
- Part of the pet not in the photo
Aim for
- Eye level with pet
- Front on
- Sitting upright
- Frame the pets ears to chest
We will let you know if your photo needs an update, don't worry!
Also, you always get a preview of your portrait before it is finalised.
